This is an atomic symbol, which consists of three interactive ellipses and a solid dot in the middle. The line in the icon simulates the orbit of electrons, and the middle represents the nucleus. Most platforms depict a purple or purplish red background frame under the pattern, and the patterns in the frame are basically white, only LG platform is black. In addition, both OpenMoji and emojidex platforms focus on depicting the atomic pattern itself, and both adopt black lines, while the inside of the ellipse is blue and white respectively. It is worth noting that the lines adopted by OpenMoji platform include solid lines and dashed lines, while other platforms use solid lines uniformly.
The emoji is commonly used to refer to the minimum state in which an element can keep its chemical properties, or to represent something as tiny as an atom but essential.
