This is a flag from Curaç ao, an island in the southern Caribbean. The island is near the coast of Venezuela and is now an autonomous country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
The background color of the flag is dark blue, and the upper left side of the flag surface depicts a white five-pointed star. The two stars are one big and one small in size, arranged in a diagonal line. Below the flag, a narrow yellow stripe is designed.
This emoji is usually used to represent Curaç ao Island. Except for the circular icon depicted by JoyPixels platform, all other platforms display a rectangular national flag, which is flying in the wind.
