Pink White Green Balls, Dango
This is a string of dessert sticks. It uses bamboo sticks to string together several spherical millet balls of different colors. This snack is made of rice flour, usually with three pieces in a string, which are pink, white or light yellow and green. The rice balls are usually colored with red beans, eggs and green tea. In Japanese festivals, it is often used to celebrate the full moon.
