Low Brightness, Dim
This is a "low brightness" button, which looks like a small sun from the outside. It usually consists of a yellow or orange circle and several yellow dots evenly distributed around the circle. HTC platform shows 12 small yellow ellipses, while other platforms show 8 small yellow dots.
