This is a lighter exclamation symbol, which is often used to express excitement and surprise with weaker emotion. The emoji is often used to mean reminding and warning in daily life.
The symbols of different platform designs are inconsistent. In terms of color, the symbols designed by all platforms are basically displayed as white or light gray, while OpenMoji, Microsoft and emojidex platforms also outline a circle of black edges around exclamation marks, and Softbank and Docomo platforms also outline borders, but they are presented in red.
